TVs
NWERC Ltd houses a state of the art workshop enabling us to carry out TV repairs. Our modern digital equipment tests the life span of all electronic components and repairs any faults making them available for re-sale to the general public. By repairing broken televisions, we help to reduce the amount of electronic waste which goes to landfill in the UK each year. Reusing and recycling electronic equipments reduces the need for raw materials in manufacturing which in turn helps to cut the cost of brand new electronics.
White goods
Our environmental permit allows us to refurbish white goods including fridges, freezers, washing machines and tumble driers, as well as a host of smaller items such as irons, microwaves and kettles. As with all units, we refurbish products where possible for resale to the general public. If a unit requires further treatment it is sent to The Electrical Waste Recycling Group, of which we are a member.
IT/computers
Our highly qualified technical crew upgrade and repair computers for resale to the public at affordable prices. Depending on the upgrade required our team can repair base units, replace processors, increase memory or wipe data and install and upgrade software. All upgraded units are internet ready to meet today’s rising technological demands and many units are used in hospitals, schools and homes at home and abroad.
what we do with old electronic goods?
NWERC places great emphasis on extending the life of all electronic goods by refurbishing and repairing items where possible and offering them for sale at affordable prices through our show room and Sunday market.

latest news
New Rag and Bone Shops Opening across Merseyside!!!
We are pleased to announce that “The Rag and Bone Shops” will be expanding and opening several shops over the coming months!!!
Recycling plant in Ghana
We are pleased to announce our plans to open an electronic recycling centre in Ghana in the next few months.
We have been looking at expanding our recycling company to Africa for some time and we had plans to open our first centre in Nigeria. After some thought we opted for Ghana instead as the economy is more suited to this type of set up. The electricity is more guaranteed in Ghana compared to Nigeria and this was also a factor!!
We look forward to employing local people into the trade of recycling and re-use and getting them up to the high standards we have here in the U.K.
We will keep the site updated on our progress on our exciting new venture!!!
